Professional Licensing

In South Carolina certain professionals must be licensed by Professional Licensing Boards regulated by the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (LLR). These licensed professionals have certain responsibilities and obligations under the various professional and occupational practice acts of South Carolina that are unique to each occupation and must be followed under South Carolina law to maintain their professional license in good standing. Additionally, it is important to understand the possible collateral consequences of a criminal investigation or conviction, whether at the local, state or federal level, as it relates to a particular professional license.

At Savage Law Firm, our attorneys have the experience and knowledge necessary to successfully represent individuals who are professionally licensed by South Carolina LLR.
